It’s supposedly from RCG’s Instagram account. This is zoomed in with outlines over the people. There were 16 camera feeds in the original post.

The people appear to be wearing shirts if the outlines are correct; they don’t seem naked.

h14 has always felt like a bit of a stretch to me, but there’s no doubt they were trafficking and sacrificing people on that island.
