If you choose the GOD side, then you agree that the world is very messed up and worthy of being destroyed by God, but he has provided a Savior to buy us some time to reclaim as many souls as possible. Ultimately, God will purge the earth with fire and the righteous will inherit the earth.
if you choose the SATAN side, then you try to use the evil of the world for your own evil purposes, and it doesn't matter who you hurt in the way, because everyone is going to get hurt and die anyway, might as well be you as anyone else doing it. The strongest and smartest evil people will rise to the top, and the weaker souls will have to pay obeisance or they get crushed like little bugs.
There really is no in between once you are confronted with the awful reality of the world.
Facts. Of the bits and pieces I've gathered reading about cabal beliefs and the like, there is a strong undercurrent of "social darwinism" for lack of a better term. It reinforces everything evil that they do. When you convince yourself that you're somehow better or more valuable than another human being, you can reason away any atrocity.
