Thanks for the post. I found this concerning as it relates to ALL federal employees. Wouldn't that include all employees of the FBI, CIA, and DOJ?

I am pretty sure that military tribunals operate within a different set of laws.
Also, if they were taken to court, the federal employees would need to convince the judge that committing treason was within the scope of their employment, something they cannot do in front of an "honest" judge. No guarantees there.
