It's kind of a sickening thought, but i just realized that with almost certainty every state lottery, McDonalds or Pepsi sweepstakes, etc winners over a million dollars were probably all predetermined to go to families connected to the DS.

Here's my thought : The state of North Carolina held its COVID Vaccination "Lottery" today. It will take 'a day or two' to verify the winner meets requirements.
North Carolina (at least the local Charlotte 'news' stations) has been harping on the fact that minorities are not stepping up to get the jab.
The lottery winner will be a minority. (A minority in the Deep State? Possible)
