China's stance towards BTC is both expected and welcomed (by those bullish on BTC). Why? The stage is set for fresh hash rate growth that gets rid of the China FUD on mining power (dat 51% attack).
Decentralization is always a threat to any authoritarian regime, but specifically here there are current events at play. It's likely China became so suddenly anti-BTC because of the defection of Chinese State Security Vice Minister Dong Jingwei. Evidence on the compliance test for the economic reset is out of the bag so the CCP is going nuclear. https://www.spytalk.co/p/high-level-chinese-defection-rumored
Two truisms to keep in mind going forward: a truly decentralized system (with difficult to confiscate stores of value) are always going to be anti-CCP and anti-WEF.
BTC is the current best vaccine against the fiat system and the Great Reset.
I’ve come to realize that there are two frogs on this board …
The ones that think BTC is some plot by China and the DS to take over the world — which is apparently all built on open source code anyone can inspect, SHA256 cryptograph secure and a network secured by an immense global connected super computer.
And the ones that actually read the white papers, dig into the genesis of BTC and why it exists, actually looked at the Genesis block mined by Satoshi and cut through all the propaganda out there.
CBDCs will be the ultimate central bank control of all fiat issuance out there. They will control you by the balls.
I do think there are some cryptos that can be easily controlled, Proof of Stake is a dangerous game.
