Our government today is already unconstitutional: electors were chosen unconstitutionally because states ran their elections unconstitutionally by using methods prohibited by the constitution (electors certified by executive instead of by legislatures). We are already off the path. Nothing the country does today is constitutional. This is why the only way is the military.
