As far as I am concerned the Corporation is in breach of Contract. The moment they did 1 thing that was unconstitutional they were in breach of contract and they have no power over the states. In fact, if people are paying attention, power is currently being returned to the states. It's a process but it is what is happening.
All they were meant to do is represent the states internationally for trade, provide for a common defense and run a post office. They can't do that without infringing on individuals rights so it should be dissolved.
Put the US govt in charge of the Sahara desert and in 10 years they’d be out of sand! Fucking criminal enterprise - nothing more.
I absolutely love what Texas is doing right now. They are leading the charge in retaking what belongs to the states.
For a communist take over, this has been pretty pathetic.
When you think about the design it should be fairly impervious to communist takeover. If they infiltrate the federal government, the states can just void their contract and revert to functioning without the contracted government. That's how it was before the Constitution and we can go back to that. Articles of Confederation are technically still in effect.
We who have been paying attention have learned more about our Constitution in the last 6 months or so than most of the years before this; right now the 10th Amendment is shining bright!!! Next up?? 14th Amendment Section 3...
Doesn't matter if the aren't in effect. We were never supposed to be and currently are not a Federalist government. Governors technically outrank the President.
