That is not a threat... and indeed if any citizen or group of citizens or all citizens were to "take on the government" by force... wait wait wait, no no no... thats the problem - that is not said as an actual thing that could or would happen. Mentioning it has been a very common talking point for anti-gun libtards. It shows his gun-grabbing colors there, but to think it is an actual threat is just ridiculous. He is making an argument at a very low-brow level. We are above that, right?
