Doubtful that is the real HRC. To me, the body double appears to be so bad, i.e. blatantly bad, that it makes me wonder if her public appearance is actually an overt signal to her associates announcing that her on-earth judgment has already commenced and the real HRC will not be returning - ever.

I won't be satisfied until we get legit confirmation she's dead. So for now, to me, this isn't a body double but actually her in all of her disturbing, satanic, witch nature. If we were able to see her tongue then perhaps we could confirm it's her, since she has a giant hole in the middle of it. That comes from her cannibalism, it's called "kuru." It also explains her weird shakes, weak walking, and uncalled for cackling.
