No, it's not either of those things. This has been posted before. It will likely be posted again. This is not the Pentagon, the CIA. I'm pretty sure it was a private company but I forget the name. That is not bill gates.

Yes, this. Have seen this guy do other videos. Legitimacy of the video is debated, but I have no reason to doubt it.
