Might it be possible that the votes in many counties/states in 2016 were allowed to be rigged so that the popular vote would APPEAR to be for Killary and so the DS/cabal wouldn't realize how much the white hats knew about their cheating and would be forced to ramp up their efforts to ensure popular and electoral "victory" for 2020?
