Can you tell me what I can replace Warfarin with? I have four blood clots in my lower left leg and the only way to get blood to go around the clots is by thinning the blood way down. I'm pretty sure I'd have more energy if I wasn't taking the drug, but I have to in order to keep the leg alive.
