I stopped going to Tractor Supply. They can kiss my ass.

Banks as well. I closed my Wells Fargo Bank account and put my money into a local bank and also into a local credit union. We need to pull our money out of the beast system. I've also been buying more locally. Stopped buying at Tractor Supply after finding out some of their chicken feed was causing chickens to stop laying eggs. It's hard to do everything at once, but I'm trying as much as possible to buy locally and spend money at small businesses instead of corporations. Growing my own vegetables as well.

I'm a huge Tolkien fan and I refuse to watch the new series. I'm sure they will ruin it by adding in Leftist propaganda, diversity B.S. and some gay/transgender characters. T

Also use the right kinds of fats. Do not do vegetable oils like sunflower, canola, safflower. The best fats are Pork Lard, Duck Fat, Chicken Fat, Beef Tallow and for uncooked oil like salad oils you can use Olive Oil. Organic butter by pasture raised cows also and Coconut oil.

Look into Intermittent Fasting. My husband is doing both keto & intermittent fasting and its reducing his blood sugar levels. Also are you doing keto correctly? It needs to be high fat, moderate protein. Too much protein and it is converted into sugar (gluconeogenesis). We did too much protein at first and that did not work for us. Doing keto & IF brought both husband's A1C down and got him off his blood pressure medications.

You don't have to take anything you don't want. Find either a Naturopath, Integrative Medicine or Functional Doctor. I don't take any prescription medications and have only use Naturopathic Doctor or Integrative Medicine doctor. If you have high blood sugar then you can try Keto and/or Intermittent Fasting. Many people have lowered their blood sugar doing that.

A good book on cholesterol is "The Great Cholesterol Myth, Revised and Expanded: Why Lowering Your Cholesterol Won't Prevent Heart Disease--and the Statin-Free Plan that Will"

Look for naturopath or integrative medicine doctor instead of a conventional doctor who only wants to prescribe pharmaceuticals. My husband's high blood pressure lowered from changing diet, no longer eating crap, eating keto and intermittent fasting. He lost weight and got off blood pressure medications.

Here's a good book on cholesterol: "The Great Cholesterol Myth, Revised and Expanded: Why Lowering Your Cholesterol Won't Prevent Heart Disease--and the Statin-Free Plan that Will."

Statins are horrible. We got my husband off statins when I found out about all the detrimental side effects.

I was thinking about planting comfrey and have just started researching it. From what I read it takes awhile to get comfrey to grow and is best started with root or crown cuttings if you don't want to wait a long time to harvest. Here's one website that has it: http://www.coescomfrey.com/grow.html

Peanuts also have aflatoxins.

Yup and I've read that they do not put you on anesthesia or pain meds when they are cutting you up for your organs.

I do the same thing. I also try to find out if any ingredients are sourced from China. Even if it's a U.S. company it may have been made in China and if made in U.S. ingredients may have come from China. I certainly don't trust China when it comes to any food products and definitely not supplements.

Avocado oil is good has a high smoke point and is neutral in flavor. I also use Duck fat and pork lard.

My spouse and I were just at my mother's house. Three people there recently got their boosters, within 5 days both husband and I who are unvaccinated became sick. I had headache, fever, chills, muscle aches and dry cough, and felt very weak. I had covid last year so this is not covid. I've been taking Ivermectin for the past 4 days and finally starting to get over it. My spouse did not want to take Ivermectin and he is still feeling sick.. He finally started Ivermectin today.

I wonder how long people shed spike proteins after being jabbed because now I want to avoid going over to my mother's house.

I'm no longer watching Hollywood aka Pedowood movies. Knowing how evil these people are turns me off. Not to mention all the movies they come out with nowadays are garbage. It's mostly regurgitated crap.

So happy for him! I felt very choked up when I saw his reaction. He's been through so much.

Vets are pushing vaccines on pets just like what doctors are doing to children. Heard many stories of adverse reactions in dogs after vaccines including death. Bordetella shots are absolutely unnecessary.
