I base my assertion about therapies helping on the basis that most of the vax symptoms come from the spike proteins.

ivermectin prevents the spike proteins from interacting with ACE2 receptors on cell membranes, blocking their main means of toxicity.

Other therapies help the body to clear the spike proteins or inactivate them.

All hope is not lost.
