Something was fishy with that. He probably got lots of evidence mailed to him and decided he didn’t want to expose it, so it was lost in the mail. What kind of fool mails important material like that anyway? Then he said he didn’t want to go after Hunter because he knew him. That’s when I knew he was controlled.
