There's one other bit of weirdness to the Diana crash that I recently discovered:
After the crash, a guy named, Abdelatif Redjil, showed up and claimed to have held her hand and heard her last words. It turns out this guy is a thief. He stole artwork from another woman, who just happened to be named Diana, as well. This Diana was Picasso's granddaughter. He stole two of Picasso's paintings from her.
So my question is, what was a high-end art thief doing at the crash? And, if he was a thief, why would he insert himself into the Diana narrative where he would be visible to all?
I can't believe he was there by sheer dumb luck. It's just too convenient.
This is probably his reward for staying quiet or if he start talking you end up suicided, probably easy choice for most people considering how deep the swamp is.
Wouldn’t he be dead, otherwise?
My educated guess: yes

Promises made, promises kept
Hugh, that seems weird!
