But meanwhile you see the hand of the shooter lining up to shoot the very moment she stuck her head through the window. A definite and deliberate kill shot.
To me, the most obvious explanation is that Ashli was permitted, even encouraged, to break that window and climb through it. And on the other side, the shooter planned to kill her.
There was definitely coordination in the Capitol Police's uniform lack of restraint everywhere but with that single shooter.
