Don't slander Red Baron! You just need to put the broil on low for a few minutes after the crust is done and it's pretty damn good unless you only like NY or Italian style. I like Tombstone better but that may be nostalgia.
That's probably why I like both. That zesty sauce tastes great. Digiorno and Papa Johns are good, Dominoes is hit or miss for me but their Italian Sausage is fantastic.
California Pizza Kitchen is definitely the worst! Gotta say though, there's a lot of greatness about Wild Mike's but I don't like thr "uncured" pepperoni which is complete BS. It is cured, but it's cured with celery powder, which contains nitrate naturally and it leaves a strange taste. The USDA requires meats cured with celery powder to be labeled uncured.
Making mountain out of molehill.... sometimes it is just pizza because he's missed his favorite or its just an easy meal.
