Any sauces would be appreciated. I read something on this forum a few days ago about Zantac. Would like to hear your thoughts.

From what I have heard, treatment of COVID "long haul" and COVID jabs is a case-by-case sort of plan. It depends on what the symptoms are (and so, which parts of the body the spike proteins are effecting). That is, there isn't a blanket treatment.
For these treatments, you could start here:

and the American Frontline Doctors infographic here:

I suspect I had long haulers because weird symptoms for longest time.
But ivermectin definitely helped, just like a study in South America said. They did a study of ivermectin on long haulers and found it to be pretty effective.
A lot of symptoms of the vax seem to be exact same as long haulers.
The vaxx does exactly what the virus would do. The spike protein does the damage and causes the problem.
But if you get the virus, you're pretty much guaranteed to fight it off before much/ any damage. The vaxx just puts that spike all up in your shit, to fuck your shit.
Yeah, I suspect I have long haul as well. Mild symptoms flair up on a regular basis, unlike any symptoms I've had in the past. Will be trying Ivermectin soon. I've heard the thought is "long haul" is the result of spike proteins lingering in your body after having had COVID.
Not sure if there is something to the shedding thing but I think it is real based on my experience. My long haulers had pretty much gone away and then people started getting vaxxed and then some symptoms of the long haulers came back. Could be coincidence or I’m breathing in their death breath.
An example of a shedding story: a friend of someone I know, spent a handful of days at some event where there were a tonne of vaxxed ppl in a relatively small area. This person said they had the worse headache they've ever had, lasted for days, and couldn't recall anything out of the ordinary which may have triggered it otherwise. He was unvaxxed.
My symptoms are not shedding related, I don't think. It's been like this prior to people getting vaxxed. Mild flair ups, dry coughs, shortness of breathe, and the such. Different in nature from anything I've ever had before. Figured it was some sort of long term damage due to COVID or the lockdowns (getting outdoors less), but it recently occured to me that it could be "long haul".

Thank you.
I planned to follow the American Frontline Doctor's protocol. I'll check the one you provided and see if there's much difference.
As for obtaining Ivermectin, here in Canada you would be hard pressed to get a doctor to prescribe. They are all under threat not to, and any prescription of Ivermectin for non-COVID reasons is scrutinized. Fortunately, I have that house gel version on hand.
