Serious question: What should a health provider do when encountering a patient (let’s presume a young adult male) complaining of some cognitive impairment within weeks of getting the jab?

Any sauces would be appreciated. I read something on this forum a few days ago about Zantac. Would like to hear your thoughts.

Yeah had shortness of breath that was unexplained. Later in experience I got the brain fog whivc is terrible makes it hard to concentrate or remember anything.
