Alison Julie Nathan is a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, who also served as Associate White House Counsel for Barack Obama. ( Probably concerning yes)

Well she should be excused from this case then, she has political ties to a former President. Not that most don’t have some political reason they shouldn’t be hearing this case, but anyone with ties like as a WH counsel should be excused and new judge appointed.
