After Treaty of Versaille the common German people were stripped of land, earnings, cattle, and had hyper-inflation, gay/trans, child prostitution, and even a civil war in 1918 by you-know-who.
The German people loved Hitler because he not only promised but delivered them a way out of the hell that Germany had become. Central banks kicked out, unemployment plummeted, pride in country and people.

The meme is saying that the people who "go along to get along" are a big problem for society. They look the other way while rights are being violated.
Set aside the fraud we have all been subjected to regarding Germany in the 1930's. The point is valid that modern day "go along to get along" types are just fine with having other people's rights violated.
