It's INDEPENDENCE DAY. Put the meaning of the day back into your language. "The fourth of July" is just another day, like the 25th of December. It's INDEPENDENCE DAY and it means something. Choose today, right now, to change your language in order to put meaning back into the holiday and remind others just why you're celebrating.

Amen! I couldn't help but correct a couple of the guys at work regarding this. Christmas is never referred to as the 25th of December, Valentines day is never referred to as the 14th of February, Flagday is never referred to as the 14th of June. It really gets on my nerves that the meaning has been lost. It's not about a 3 day weekend full of drinking, bbqs and fireworks. It's about Americas INDEPENDENCE and freedom ?????? On that note, I'm gonna continue to drink my coffee, go put up more American flags on my property, and clean my guns. HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY TO ALL MY FELLOW AMERICANS??????????????
Sweeet....??
