I’ve been on his side all along. Don’t care if he’s “guilty” or not, if you wait 30, 40 years to accuse someone of finger banging you while you were passed out I have to assume it didn’t really bother you that much and you’re just a gold digger.
That has been my point too. Waiting 30 to 40 years to accuse someone of a crime is just wrong. It would be impossible to find any evidence and the trial would be decided on who is more believable. Also, high profile cases like this would be decided on public opinion not facts.
"Guilty" in scare quotes? Like he's not really guilty, even if he actually did rape women?
Does the time that passes really diminish the crime? I've never been raped, so I can't know about what goes on psychologically there. Many victims are afraid to speak out, especially against the rich and powerful.
One should care if he did such crimes or not...this community isn't about being glad when criminals get away with crimes
I AM a survivor of pedophilia. I can relate to these women IF they're stories are true. However, it's more likely that these women knew what they were doing at the time and only just came out because the #Metoo thing was fading, [they] figured out he isn't on [their] side, and punished him for it. Now he's free because the whole thing was a scam to begin with, he's even more pissed and won't stay quiet. So now [they]'re forced to blackball him.
I have no doubt that they were doing drugs and drinking with him. I have no doubt that they had sex. Where the doubt lies is in their stories. That, and the fact that the MSM jumped all over it and condemned the man within the first 72 hrs of the original story.
I know what it's like to be scared and keep quiet about rape. Especially to a child. But these women's stories aren't believable. They're inconsistent. Where the MSM gets people to believe the story is credible is IF there's tears associated with certain traumas. Doesn't matter if recollection is off or inconsistent among multiple time spaced testimonies. All that matters is if you can get the jury or the audience to cry with the "victim."
Havent seen that video but read some stuff Judge Joe Brown's been saying that kinda flipped me (though I never had enough information beforehand to be completely in the "he's guilty" camp). Seems like Bill liked to party, which included sex and drugs. And he shared his drugs. And had sex.
And many decades later got accused of rape because of it.

I've had my doubts once I learned about the accusations against Michael Jackson didn't hold much water.

So after all this time is the truth finally coming out? Maybe I was wrong about Bill Cosby? If I am this guy needs to sue the Fake News Media!
Hes coming out hot...jeez
Find the Razor dudes video that was posted here, and watch it. You'll come away with a different view of what happened to Cosby.
Hint: He was the one that got screwed.
