By all means - dismiss the money in the name of medical research - because I seriously doubt any of it is really going towards research of any kind that will actually benefit anyone with cancer. There seem to be all kinds of people who want to run around looking like they are trying to fight cancer or find a cure, but unfortunately they are all 100% full of shit. These are the people your donation is paying, and the facade is what they're being paid for. Big pharma doesn't want there to be any cures for cancer exposed because cancer is a very lucrative industry. They have basically conditioned all of us to expect to have some form of cancer in all our lives. Look at the cancer centers (Seidman comes to mind if you're in Ohio) - they're huge, beautiful monuments and buildings. Fountains and glasswork as far as the eye can see. What is all that expensive architecture for? They have so much money it's literally pouring out their asses. They don't need your dollar. They've got plenty keeping these people coming back with their toxic treatments. My aunt Nancy had chemo for her lung cancer. I've never seen such a normally happy person so incredibly miserable. She affirmed that she felt worse once the treatment started than she ever did before she went to the doctor. And once they finally shrunk the tumor in her lungs, and deemed her "cancer-free", throat cancer came and took her immediately. She died anyway. And she suffered for more than a year. NO I'm not a fan of the cancer industry. They're not helping anyone but themselves.
