If they want to appear that they have the presidency, he will let them to the point where they regret it. Now he has them captive there while the REAL president's men do the real work of cleaning up the swamp. Meanwhile, they are limited in stopping them because need to appear to be at the top.
IDK exactly how he did it but you can bet that the state & local level cops want to do the right thing - maybe he put some mechanism in place where they report direct to him as opposed to those corrupt agencies. IDK but I bet Mar-A largo is incredibly busy these days ;)

Too bad charges won't actually be pursued on the vast majority of them all. Government employees have locked the legal system down tight as a drum.
They've got to keep room in jails for white Christians, conservatives, and honest people in general.
