I was thinking of doing another version with some chopsticks, sickle, dildo, and needle with arms grabbing them in the swas pattern.

Yeah, definitely get Chyna in there somehow. Maybe add some more colors, the pink blue trans thing? Flags going in the same directions as the 卐 arms maybe? The needles in the center are a little hard to figure out, maybe make the virus red with gold china stars and leave the needles black over that? Arms going stabby stab with needles works too. Nice one.
