Question isnt who did it but why. When we figure out why he was killed, we will find out who did it. Supposedly the haitia communities did not like him, some kind of election issues questioned his win back in 2015, crime spikes more specific kidnappings, and the prime minister who was working closely with police to bring crime down was unsuccessful which led him to resign in April 2021. Its all confusing and know i am missing something there.
