I accidentially stumbled upon https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24768760/ and similar publications.

If there's really graphene-oxide in (some) of the vaccines, it would explain a lot regarding magnetism and possible other "features".

Not sure how GO could be tied to an individual. Maybe, the framework it forms around cells in each body would be unique enough to be used for an ID. It wouldn't be known a priori, but could be recorded like fingerprints are.
