Was just watching blade runner and they referenced 10 days of darkness when the communications went down and they lost a bunch of data, average people lost childhood photos, etc. 🤔
True, there was a blackout in the blade runner movie:
“The Blackout was an unprecedented electricity blackout that affected Los Angeles for ten days in May 2022.”
Philip K Dick, author of the book it was based on, also wrote the Man in the High Castle.
To be fair, he has written a huge chunk of all science fiction that went into production, but I get what you're putting out there.
