That's a misleading headline. If you read the article it reveals more of the story.
"In December the FBI admitted they had thousands of pages of information on Seth Rich. The documents were highly redacted when they were turned over to Attorney Ty Clevenger.
So Clevenger requested permission to review unredacted copies of all FBI documents on Seth Rich.
The FBI forgot to respond to Clevenger. This means, according to Clevenger, that any objection has been waived."
Legally they should be compelled to provide the info, but we're talking about the FBI and Deep State.
Sounds like they're about to lose all copies off all servers at the same time..
You mean like with a cloth?

Ok I should have put they are now “legally” required to release to docs
Nothing you did really, I love The Gateway Pundit but they do tend to lead with clickbait headlines.
speaking of Seth Rich, and since we just had the holiday weekend, I thought this was interesting;
look at the ads from the Inaugural edition of George Magazine, the patriotic pants are a lot like SR's 4th of July outfit. JFKJR had the final say what went into the magazine.
AND look at the editor's letter; the 17th word is 'reawakening'...

Why the need to redact information on an investigation of a simple robbery/murder gone wrong? Hmmmm.
Hope they are not super redacted.
FBI Just Waived Objection to Attorney Ty Clevenger’s Request to Review UNREDACTED Seth Rich Documents
So the FBI failed to respond so they lost the write to have a say and it's going to be released, right?
