Thank you for the elevated copper suggestion. I will look into that. I have seen some evidence that too much zinc breaks down the copper in your system & I was considering getting some copper in too.
I guess it is time for some good labs to be run to figure out where all my levels are.

1g of zinc is a huge dose! Do you know which form it is? It may also be a question of absorption.
Another aspect to look into is your Copper levels in your blood and serum. It could be you have an elevated if Copper, which is toxic.
It’s insane isn’t it that those who go to medical school don’t learn this stuff, or at least deep enough.
