LOL I have to doubt it's actually up to the scumbags we capture to "admit" their status as insurrectionists...they might lie :)

i think its just the fact that they claim there was an insurrection on jan 6 is enough, even if their 'official point' is that they werent the insurrectionists. They are, in fact, admitting that one exists

According to the SCOTUS opinion, the rebels admitting that there was an insurrection (not necessarily their own guilt) was enough.
