Brilliant& & Yes that's how the law works as far as I know. Someone declares a murder & has a suspect. That's 2 different things. They can prove the suspect is not guilty but they still have a murder on their hands. Everyone knows that it's sometime the case that the one that cries murder, is in fact the murderer.
