It says that the teletubbies were huge because they are adults in large suits. In order to make them look small, they had rabbits moseying around in tubbyland to show scale. It was an optical illusion. They used Flemish Giants which are huge rabbits!

You made me find that out just now. I'll never get the memory allocation back!
