The definition of an "off market drug" is one used for a disease or medical condition that it is not approved to treat.
Note that Q didn't say "experimental" or "secret" when referring to the drugs. I don't believe that drop had anything to do with adrenochrome, it was a nod to prescription drugs that are available to the public, but not for the purposes of treating cancer.

I've been buying it no problem. When RBG when RBG was alive, it was easily available.
I bought some last weekend. The store had tons of it.
