Take a pork shoulder, 2 to 2.5 lbs, and put it in a slow cooker with half a bottle of the Mojo marinade. Serve with rice and black bean soup (buy the Goya can of prepared black bean soup, when you find you love it, get dry black beans and look up the best recipe, from Three Guys From Miami to prep from scratch).
For that extra authentic touch that you will never believe you lived without, try plantains that have super-ripened to "maduros" and pan fry chunks in butter... I think Goya has frozen maduros too, check the frozen fruits section or frozen ethnic section.
And if you don't see these things, tell your store manager!
