Nope. Agent Orange is tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) which is more related to RoundUp (glyphosate), DDT is dichloro-diphenyl-trichloroethane two totally different chemicals. DDT doesn't have any affect on plants.

Maybe you want to look up the definition of pesticide. Both are pesticides.
