Nah, they want the focus off of arizona before the results can come out, so they can just sweep it under the rug without anyone noticing, or maybe even undermine the results without anyone seeing it. By putting Biden in PA, all the attention diverts away from AZ.

Don't lose track of PA, keep an eye on AZ.
