Please tell me where I can access HELP for .win site. Closest thing I found was AskWin, and that did not help. I suppose I could have ASKED WIN, but like to stay in my lane here.

Honestly, you've given me a bit too much credit, as you've broken this down better than I could have. I have more-so been going on instinct of what felt 'right'.
Admittedly, I used to say "No problem" or "No worries" quite a bit, but, it just felt 'wrong'. Whereas "You're welcome", "My pleasure", "Happy To Help" felt more 'correct', at a gut level. Perhaps for the precise reasons you have given.

No Problem probably means something different to a younger person whom I feel quite certain is not saying, "Hey bud, when I held that door for you, that potentially could have been a problem for me, but in this particular case, it happened not to be a problem."
