I think it was maybe apart of the Vice document which talks about anon rising from Habbo Hotel Raids (I was actually there maybe 12-14 years old! Nevar 4 get!) to stuff with hacking Iranian power plants.

And I believe it covered these mercenaries who were flying over seas into war zones and fighting against terrorist, tracking down their radios and twitters.
