Since it's an EXPERIMENTAL injection and people are voluntarily accepting to receive the injection regardless of the known and unknown risks it doesn't allow for any grounds for a lawsuit individually or class action suit that I know of because of willful choice to saying "yes" instead of a "HELL NO, THANK YOU"!
Wrong! There are very strict rules concerning experimental medical procedures regarding INFORMED consent.
If we can prove they withheld or even downplayed ANY of the risks that they already knew about it's on baby.
They know and don’t care...damage is the purpose. C’Mon Q-Team we’re ready.

It also seems that due to its experimental and voluntary nature, insurance is no obligated to pay for any of the consequences either...
People have to be real rocket surgeons to think that getting these injections are a good idea...
Any medical experiment requires 'informed consent'. The vast majority of the guinea pigs have not been informed of the risks. Most normies don't realize there have been over 9,000 SIDS deaths (Sudden Innoculation Death Syndrome) reported on the VAERS website, and many more SIDS deaths not reported.
