It's mandated by law to have placebos. You have to have a control group because it is still experimental so yes many got placebos. The question is just how many? At least 6 or 7 states last I heard admitted there were some placebos

I wonder how they are tracking who got what shot, and what reactions each person may or may not have. There has to be a database with tons of details.

Im sure there is but I doubt they would make that public especially if people got bad reactions or death. Theres a 141 page pdf thats going around called Informed Consent Matters that contain people around the world who died right after they received the vaccine and their stories.
