I rarely see them in/around normal parts of spokane....normal meaning not on a liberal college campus or anywhere young millenials live.
However, a few months ago I went to the oregon coast for vacation and at least 50% of people there were wearing masks and that was basically all on the beach where it was 60* and windy and the idiots wearing masks were far away from any other human. Ridiculous. I didn't really go to any tourist spots while there, so i'm sure that 50% was much higher in more populated areas.
Even in the blue parts of Texas masks are getting a lot rarer. Maybe just 30%. San Antonio is 40% in some parts. But it is Texas so even in crazed blue Austin maybe it's not as bad as Portland or Seattle.
It's rapidly changing along with post falls, Idaho. I'm in the new housing industry and people from Cali, Portland, and Seattle are flooding this market. I bought my house for $325k four years ago...now i can easily sell it for 600k. It's insane

Spokane is about as red an area as there is in WA. That's why you have more maskless than the coastal areas.
