How? - Attacking you with foods that contain soy and chemicals that suppress testosterone levels. hormone disrupting chemicals have made their way into a variety of products, from cosmetics like sunscreen and toothpaste to plastic water bottles and thermal receipt ink.
Using the media, the economy, finances, race, fear and every other weapon they can to keep you in a constant state of stress. These environments and conditions drive up secretion of the stress hormone cortisol, which results in lower levels of the estrogen-desensitizing hormone progesterone. This relative increase in estrogen dominance is not good for either sex, but men are particularly affected by it.
Why? - Strong men inspire and lead others, protect those around them and most importantly, fight. Weak men follow.
Edit: Most insurances won't cover TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) but **will **cover testosterone if you're a woman Transitioning into a man. That's very telling.
Our precious bodily fluids !
When did this idea first strike you ?
During the physical act of love, Mandrake!
I jest but you are not wrong.
Edit :- Nothing wrong with daily love making, it has plenty of it's own benefits and the seed is not wasted in your woman, it even has anti-depressant effects on the female. It not the same as rubbing one out and then taking a nap 'cause you're bored.
I'm not claiming making love to your wife is bad for you, BUT:
There are cycles to everything. A woman is fertile for about 3 days around her ovulation every month (28 days). This is the time she is most receptive, so the man should probably exercise some restraint and only give her his most prized possession at this time, not daily.
But I agree that masturbation is far, far worse than sexual intercourse when it comes to hormone disruption.
Kubrick agrees with you :- "A profound sense of fatigue, a feeling of emptiness followed"
(BTW that's a very interesting scene, I just recently discovered the secret was snuck in to 'Dr. Strangelove'. Kubrick was an initiate of the mysteries, probably cost him his life revealing certain things in 'Eyes Wide Shut'.)

Certainly seems that way.
