I'm in Canada, where we finally FINALLY repealed the masking bylaw on July 1. However, many businesses are choosing "caution" and still playing the game, asking even children to mask up.
Well, this week my wife and I cancelled over $800 worth of business with summer day camps, physio, massage appts etc. and started unsubscribing from any company newsletter that continues pushing the narrative. I also have a list of companies that were pushing free beer and pizza, and I won't be back. These people were shocked and their response showed that we were clearly not the only ones avoiding/cancelling.
VOTE WITH YOUR DOLLAR and STOP SUPPORTING any business that supports the retarded narrative. They will wake up, or at least give it the fuck up.
Good for you! Good to know there are Canadians fighting this madness.
Last December I received what I consider to be a very offensive postcard from my insurance agency. It was a mock-up of all of their employees on a video call, and every single one of them were wearing masks. I called the agency, spoke to one of the owners, told him exactly what I thought of it and told him that I'm switching agencies. I'm taking my money elsewhere.
Hit 'em where it hurts. That's all the elites, democrats, radical left and globalists want. OUR MONEY.

Is it the case in Quebec and Ontario? Sauce please if you can confirm.
Yeah, I'd be interested to know what the actual rule change was as well.
Alberta got rid of their mask requirements and said they would not implement covid passports

that's great news, thanks for the update
good for you!! it's time for Canadian Patriots to make Canada Great Again!! c'mon guys!!! if you Canadians get any more communist, we'll have to build a northern border wall, too!!
I'm in the same boat as you OP (Canadian here). Elephants don't forget. Sad that some of the places are asking kids to mask up.
I'm not going to the length of avoiding doing business with businesses that enforce their own mask policy.
Culturally, I find most Asians are risk adverse, health conscious (per what they're told is healthy) and strive to do more than required in the name of safety. I understand that perspective and wouldn't boycott those businesses just for sake of them requiring masks.
I definitely try to avoid woke pro-mask businesses though and probably won't shop with them again even after all this ends.
