Why does Biden feel he needs to defend "the most secure election in U.S. history"?

Is it because he KNOWS the audits will reveal what happened to Trump's 700,000 vote lead in Pennsylvania when the counting stopped on election night?

Or maybe he knows the audit will reveal why Pennsylvania mailed out 1.8 Million ballots... but 2.7 Million mail-in ballots were returned. Where did the extra 900,000 mail-in ballots come from?
