Isn't SA like a giant rocky grassland? Load up with long range rifles you put down 7 joggers before they even get to you. Well we tried bringing culture to the Sub-Sharans. They're incapable of seeing reason. It should be easy to play to their base animal desires and kill them slowly over time as well.
