There is much I too am learning from this. I found the idea of a pilgrimage appealing, or to make more explicit to be thankful.

This night I was walking barefooted on the grass, and sat down to meditate while a strong wind is blowing. And while I became aware of all these sensations of the night air and the wind in my hair, I felt profound gratefulness for being alive, and a serenity, I cannot put in words.

I am well aware that much is going on and we tend to swept away by the vogue of the day.

Maybe we should share more of this, to recharge ourselves and stay grounded.
