u/Im-Wide-Awake is right. He was both a Memphis professor and a Milwaukee Police Lieutenant.

I knew something was phoney when the I saw a blurry cellphone picture on a desktop and not a screenshot - when its a news article

If you would read the first 4 setences, in the Kiro 7 artcle from your photo you would've known this.

Do better research next time.
